Class A CDL Crew Member
No Experience Necessary
Note: This position does NOT involve driving semi-trucks. The largest vehicle you will operate is a dump truck with a trailer.

Real On-Site Training Includes
• Proper shoveling and asphalt handling techniques
• Luting and finishing skills
• Plate compactor operation
• Asphalt saw training
• Curb machine operation
• Skid loader skills
• Dump truck and trailer operation
• Equipment maintenance and repair
You’ll be coached and supported as you learn each new skill.

We operate a 100% drug-free workplace. Our crew relies on each other to work safely around equipment, traffic, and hot asphalt every day.
CDL drivers are also subject to standard DOT drug testing requirements.
Work Conditions
• Full-time
• 30–50 hours per week
• Most weeks are 4-day work weeks
